Post your requests

Quel offers a simple and easy to use system supporting buyers to find suppliers and post requests for quotation or for information. Buyers can specify templates which make life a lot easier when certain types of inquiries occur repeatedly, whether the structure of the request is simple or complex.

The supplier criteria you specify are used as search criteria and Quel returns a list with matching suppliers. Documents can be uploaded as attachment to the request. Quel automatically converts all dwg-, dxf- and solidworks documents into pdf format and attaches them to the request as well, so suppliers do not necessarily need to have the latest CAD-application available in order to interpret your inquiries.

How does it work?

You specify your needs and demands
You specify which technical skills a subcontractor should have or which financial demands are required for a specific delivery.
Send request to the right suppliers
Your request will only be sent to the companies you select. You may also choose to post your inquiry to the public marketplace. Companies who are outside your specified range but are nevertheless capable of serving you, also have the possibility to respond.
When you have posted a request, you can specify how you prefer the supplier contacts you, via Quel, e-mail, telephone, or fax. If you prefer not to be called by interested suppliers you can explicitly say it.

When you have a subscription to Quel, you can post requests from your online user account by clicking ‘new request’
