Contacting suppliers

You can send inquiries to suppliers you find through browse or search. You can request suppliers for additional information or send them a request for quotation. Use these steps:

1. Click on the company name of the supplier you are interested in.
   
2. You get information about the supplier and can click on `send message' at the left-hand side of your screen.
   
3. Fill in the contact form and send the message.
   
4. If you would like to send a message to several suppliers at the same time, you need to have an account on Quel. To get an account, first become a member of Quel.
5. As soon as you have sent a message to one or several suppliers, it probably will take some days before the suppliers have reacted. The responses will appear in your e-mail or can be incorporated in your account (if you have a membership).
