Provision of Road Rail Transfer Point (RRTP) at Glen Douglas.
Railway construction works. The provision of a compliant, fully
functioning 'new build' Road/Rail Transfer Point (RRTP) to support the key
operational outputs at Defence Munitions (DM), Glen Douglas, Scotland.
This will include the construction of a new Rail Transfer Shed, Locomotive
Shed, Locomotive Wash Down Facility, rail infrastructure and associated
M&E/B&CE services and the provision of Welfare Facilities/Operating Office
within the Site. The Contract Strategy is Defcon 2000 - with Authority
Design.
