Design, manufacture and installation of a steel superstructure with a
footprint of approximately 1 500 m2 consisting of 4 pavilions, each 20
meters in height arranged over 4 floors with exposed steel frame (approx 1
500 t), architectural connections, pre-cast concrete floor construction,
fabricated steel plate lift and stair core shear walls with integral steel
plate stairs, all to high architectural finishes with exposed connections,
service risers, interconnecting bridges, steelwork supports to roof
lights, joints, fixings, fire protection, pre cast concrete elements, and
ancillary metalwork.
