Health Poverty Action is a UK based international NGO working to
strengthen poor and marginalised people in their struggle for health.
Expansion of our programmes based out of our East Asia Programme Office in
Kunming, China has brought the need for a new accounting package.
Specifications.
Supply of user licenses, software, installation and user training for the
implementation of SUN systems accounting in Health Poverty Action’s China
Office, Kunming and Head Office, London.
2 user licences to cover Health Poverty Action’s Kunming and London
offices. Kunming licence to allow for 3 concurrent users, London licence
to allow for 2 concurrent users.
Licences for Vision reporting as above.
Sufficient consultancy days and training days to ensure effective
implementation, to include system design and testing.
Training and implementation support to be provided in the UK (in English)
and in Kunming (in Chinese).
Ability to offer ongoing support after implementation at London (in
English) and China (in Chinese).
