Summary

Provision of a secure managed Multi Function Device service.
The Bank of England is seeking to procure a managed multi function device
service (printing/copying/scanning).
This contract will encompass the purchase and installation of
approximately 175 devices which allow for a secure “follow me” print
solution. Machines will be installed across all Bank of England sites,
though predominately at two London postcode addresses. The contract will
also include an onsite maintenance presence at one of the London postcodes
to look after all the Multi Function Devices and a small HP printer fleet.
The procurement and installation of the Multi Function Devices will be
over a 12-18 month period commencing late Q3 2012.
