UK-Cambridge: mechanical and electrical engineering services

Cambridgeshire Partnerships Ltd, Cambridge Challenge.
The Housing Corporation appointed Cambridgeshire Partnerships Limited, led
by Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association (the contracting authority)
to deliver the vision of the Cambridge Challenge. The 3 goals of the
Cambridge Challenge are the delivery of well managed and balanced
communities, well designed, high quality homes and the most cost effective
use of the public purse. The three sites chosen for the Cambridgeshire
Challenge are Northstowe (a new town), North West Cambridge (NIAB) and the
Southern Fringe of Cambridge comprising four sites. Each site will include
a significant proportion of affordable housing. There is no guarantee that
parties appointed will received any work and the contracting authority
reserves the right to appoint other parties whop are not on the framework.
