NO-Harstad: signs and related items

Framework agreement production and assembly of signs, as well as
consultancy.
Forsvarsbygg has a need for the production of signs for different purposes
in Forsvarsbygg’s arenas and this also applies for our customers’ arenas.
There is a need for both internal and external signing.
In addition Forsvarsbygg has a need for consultancy services for the
signs, either connected to individual signs or for several signs in one
area. The consultancy services are also necessarily connected to the rules
for signs. Forsvarsbygg can have a need for handling applications for
building licences in individual municipalities, for signs that requires a
building application.
Forsvarsbygg can also have a need for storing signs, such as, for example,
building site signs. If the sign supplier can offer storage capacity, this
shall be offered.
The wish is to join up with one supplier who can provide a broad spectrum
of signs for all purposes. The supplier must be able to delivery and offer
assembly of signs in all of Forsvarsbygg’s market areas (see Annex 5 for
an overview of Forsvarsbygg’s market areas).
The framework agreement covers the delivery of signs to the Mininstry of
Defence (FD) and underlying departments, including Forsvarsbygg and the
armed forces.
