Nattland oppveksttun, expansion-reconstruction. Engineering design
management.
The assignment involves appointment of an engineering design manager for
an engineering design group in connection with
expansion/reconstruction/renovation of Nattland school to a complete
municipal combined school with capacity for 620 pupils of which 20 is
fulltime students with hearing disabilities as well as a nursery school
section with capacity for 27 children with full-time service (9 children
in the age span 1-2 years and 18 children in the age span 3-5 years) and
10 children in part-time stay.
The engineering design group will comprise of all relevant
disciplines/functions, e.g. Architects (ARK), Interior decorator (IARK),
Landscape architect (LARK), Consulting engineer construction works for
buildings (RIB), Consulting Engineer, building (RIB), Consulting engineer
Fire-proofing (RIBR), Consulting engineer Geotechnics (RIG), consulting
engineer, acoustics (RIAKU), etc. The existing gymnastics building shall
be demolished and a new volleyball hall shall be subject to engineering
design. Total area, new building: approx. 4 500 m2 gross area including
the sports hall. Total area reconstruction/renovation: approx. 4 300 m2
gross area.
