The design development and build of an Oncology Centre including:
(1) Design of the Centre based on the ‘scope’ designs prepared by the
Employer;
(2) Construction of the building including all engineering services in
accordance with the Employer’s requirements;
(3) Co-ordination and sequencing of all trades and sub-contractors,
including a nominated sub-contractor for medical equipment;
(4) Co-operating with other contractors who may be employed in the
execution on or near the site of any works not included in the Contract.
