Procurement of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles (FCEV) as passenger
cars produced by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of hydrogen powered
Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles (FCEV) as Passenger Cars produced by an
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The quantity of FCEV's to be
procured will depend of the unit price offered and the final budget
available.
The Contracting Authority wants to procure Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles,
which are originally produced as Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles or built
from scratch from originally produced components. The Contracting
Authority cannot accept procurement of Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles as a
result of rebuilt electric vehicles.
The Applicant must be capable of obtaining Danish license plates on
FCEV’s, thus complying with relevant European and Danish regulation and
requirements;
Vehicles and refueling should be in accordance with applicable
international and European standards. Particularly hydrogen refueling
should be in accordance with the specifications in the SAE J2601;
It will be a requirement in the Tender Dossier that the The Tenderer must
ensure the FCEV’s to have access to a sufficient network of several 700
bars hydrogen refuelling stations in the Greater Copenhagen area in order
to enable flexible and convenient use of the vehicles comparable with
conventional fuelled vehicles today. The vehicles and the refuelling are
to be in accordance with the SAE J2601 and other relevant international
guidelines.
The vehicles must be equipped with 5 seats.
