Company description
Company ZTS LR NaJUS exists under this name since April 1-st 1997. It was established and registered as a Joint-Venture of former ZTS, a.s. Dubnica nad Vahom and glassworks LR Crystal Lednicke Rovne through depositing of movable and immovable assets of the former division of Tooling and Special-purpose machinery of ZTS and a minority deposit of the glassworks.
By gradual increasing of the share of glassworks the company ZTS LR NaJUS, a.s. became 100% part of consolidated results of the holding RONA, a.s. Lednicke Rovne.
In spite of relatively short history under existing name the tradition of production of special tools and jigs is more than 70 years. In the beginning (year 1937) the company was a branch of the famous military producer Skoda Plzen. At those times the company had 24 workers and 76 metal machining machines. Permanent keeping of manufacturing skills and skilled staff enabled the company to penetrate into leading position of the Slovak engineering industry. The technology level and staff skill at present can be compared with the top of engineering industry. This is confirmed by granting the certificate of quality ISO 9001:2001 and Certificate of Approval from BAE Systems United Kingdom for aircraft industry supplies.
