SHELL-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS AND AIR COOLERS

We produce heat exchangers and air coolers with use of different kinds of materials, e.g. carbon steel, heat-resisting stainless steel, copper and titanium.

One of the most interesting projects realized by us in this field was an air coolers system prepared for the Stripping of Sulfuretted Waters Installation in Orlen Rafinery (Poland). Because of a very aggressive medium the tubular inserts were completely made of titanium. For the sake of the prototype character of this device the whole production process was preceded by the series of researches and tests carried out by the Polish Technical Authority (UDT) as well as the Institute of Welding in Gliwice (Poland).

TANKS FOR PHARMACY

Tanks for farmacy are a very important kind of tanks produced by Izotechnik.

Such apparatuses are very unusual not only because of the kind of material used in production process (stainless steel 316L), but first of all because of the GMP standards and cleanness requirements, that have to be fulfiled during this process.

The degree of smoothness of internal surface of the tanks is up to Ra=0,32 and for external surface is up to Ra=0,32.

The scope of our deliveries included:
preparation of the complete technical documentation,
production of the tanks,
examination, selection and delivery of mixers together with seal,
tests, assembling works as well as supervision while starting.
