We introduce ourselves

For the produkcion we are using nontraditional technology of TEKCAST Inc. USA, since the year 1992. We have a new works in the village Polnicka near the town Ždár nad Sázavou.

Our firm have 4 workers. We are producing about 1.500 kg of castings a month. Their are about 300 kinds of castings in our small exhibition.
Our basic production work are zinc alloy castings of the machine parts and skeletons for different industrial branches and castings for decoration and advertising.
On the base of your invention we are ready for all-inclusive service. Your component part will be worked up according design and technological conditions, we will fabricate pattern and sample casting, and after customers approval we will cast required guantity...All castings will be cleaned off and we can arrange final surface finish and transport.

- standart - cast zinc alloy Z 430 (ZnAl4Cu3),commercial grade marking ZAMAK 2
- thermoset POLYURETAN
- on wish - other zinc alloys: for example: Z 400 , Z 410
- tin and lead alloys
- white metals (Sn – Sb – Pb)

Maximum castings dimensions :
-130 x 200 mm, high up-to 65 mm
- 80 x 230 mm , high up-to 65 mm for slim parts

Castings weight : - from 1 g to 2 kg

Design structure facilities :
- wall draft : suitable 2 – 5°but not necessary
- wall thickness in practice 2 mm, for big castings and and areas 3 – 5 mm
- blank openings from dia 5 mm, without draft, accuracy 0,2 mm
- undistinguishable connecting with other metal part (with steel bush, shaped filling, threaded parts etc.)
