Workshop
Veldkamp stands for the total approach in every technical activity, on location as well as in our workshop. This offers important advantages with a perfect coordination of all disciplines.

In our extensive assembly department your machines can be assembled, overhauled, modernised and we have got the possibility of testing all appliances. Almost immediately we anticipate eventual changes and/or defects. We have several turning, milling, drilling and grinding machines at our disposal. Our mechanics are also specialised in various welding techniques.

New and/or existing parts and/or machines are drawn correctly and clearly and documented by our engineering department.

Our electro-technical automation department covers the full automation of industrial machines, both with PLC-control and conventional control.
Programming is carried out in various languages and the machines are delivered to you with a complete drawing package consisting of connection and control diagrams. It goes without saying that convenient software documentation will be added to this.

Of course your machine has to meet specific requirements. You express your wishes and needs and Veldkamp brings about the actual realisation.

Turn key

Door onze omvang zijn wij in staat grote projecten turn key uit te voeren. Daarnaast is het natuurlijk mogelijk om een of enkele productiemachines te verplaatsen. Veldkamp neemt uw zorgen graag weg door de volledige demontage, transport en de installatie van uw machinepark of voor enkele productiemachines voor haar rekening te nemen. Tevens kunnen de machines, voordat ze opnieuw geïnstalleerd worden, gereviseerd en/of aangepast worden in onze werkplaats.

Maatwerk is een must. Na een uitgekiende en nauwgezette voorbereiding worden uw eisen vertaald in een draaiboek. Dit voorkomt onnodig verlies aan arbeidsuren van uw medewerkers. U wilt er zeker van zijn dat er zorg en aandacht is voor kostbare zaken waarbij u kunt rekenen op een ongestoord verloop van het project.

Inzetbaar is een keur aan gereedschappen, hefwerktuigen en rollend materieel. Een bijzonder wagenpark doet het transport. Door knowhow, efficiency en kostenbesparing verloopt uw verhuizing letterlijk op rolletjes.

  Veldkamp staat voor totaalaanpak in alle technische activiteiten, zowel op locatie als op onze werkplaats. Dit levert voor iedereen belangrijke voordelen op met een perfecte coördinatie van alle disciplines.
  
  Op onze uitgebreide montageafdeling kunnen uw machines worden opgebouwd, gereviseerd, gemoderniseerd en hebben we de mogelijkheid alle installaties te testen. Vrijwel direct spelen we in op eventuele wijzigingen en/of defecten. We beschikken over diverse draai-, frees-, boor- en slijpmachines. Daarnaast zijn onze monteurs gespecialiseerd in verschillende lastechnieken.
  
  Nieuwe c.q. bestaande onderdelen en/of machines worden correct en duidelijk getekend en gedocumenteerd door onze engineeringafdeling.
  
  Onze elektrotechnische automatiseringsafdeling omvat het volledig automatiseren van industriële machines, zowel met PLC besturing als met conventionele besturing.
  
  Er wordt in diverse talen geprogrammeerd en de machines worden bij u aangeleverd met een compleet tekenpakket bestaande uit aansluit- en besturingsschema’s. Vanzelfsprekend wordt hier overzichtelijke softwaredocumentatie aan toegevoegd.
  
  Natuurlijk stelt u specifieke eisen aan uw machine. U maakt uw wensen en behoeften kenbaar en wij realiseren de uiteindelijke uitvoering.
  
  Revisie
  
  Een zeer aantrekkelijk alternatief voor het investeren in een nieuwe machine is het laten reviseren van een bestaande machine. Door middel van revisie wordt de machine teruggebracht naar de 'nieuwstaat' met de daarbij behorende capaciteit. Daarnaast kan met behulp van wijzigingen een kortere ombouwtijd gerealiseerd, kortere 'downtijd' en een hogere capaciteit behaald worden. Veldkamp heeft op dit vlak ruime ervaring in diverse takken van industrie.
  
  Bij het uitvoeren van een revisie zijn diverse gradaties te onderscheiden. Zo kunnen wij desgewenst een 'overhaul' uitvoeren waarbij de machine wordt schoongemaakt en in overleg slijtagegevoelige delen worden vervangen. Maar tevens kunnen we overgaan tot een 'rebuild' waarbij de machine tot op het frame wordt gedemonteerd en vervolgens compleet opnieuw word opgebouwd. Hierbij kunnen de volledige besturings- en aandrijftechnieken worden vernieuw. Met alle faciliteiten die Veldkamp in huis heeft dragen we zorg voor elektrotechnische upgrades en veiligheid door middel van de juiste afscherming. Bovendien ondergaat de machine een algehele verbetering door het aanpakken en verbeteren van onderhoudsgevoelige delen.
  
  Met de vervanging van de besturing het het toepassen van bijvoorbeeld touchscreens en servotechniek wordt de machine opgewaardeerd naar het niveau van een totaal nieuwe machine. Het verschil is de prijs. U bent namelijk op lopend tot 70% goedkoper uit, dan wanneer u daadwerkelijk investeert in een nieuwe machine. Bijkomend voordeel is dat uw operators met de installatie bekend zijn, wat ook nog eens de bekende aanloop- en opstartkosten voorkomt.
