TUC was established in 1973 as a machine shop, manufacturing parts for almost all branches of industry. However, right from the start TUC developed a special interest in manufacturing the so-called 'specials' in accordance with material specifications from the oil and chemical industries, as well as leading consulting engineers and contractors. Since then the activities and product range of the company have been mainly devoted to these types of products.
TUC can become a very important part of your production and delivery programme, because of the company's flexible approach towards accepting rushjobs, it's sense of partnership and it's know-how.
Inspection
Most of TUC's output is approved by independent bodies covering the manufacture of products with DIN 50049-3.1.B certificates issued by the Dutch Stoomwezen.
In addition, we are certified according to ISO 9001-2000 PED by TUV Nederland QA b.v.
Our machine shop is equipped to provide a high degree of flexibility enabling us to support our specialization and to react speedily.
The machine shop is provided with very modern computer controlled machine cells supported by a central computer. Both small and large series as well as 'one-piece' production can be machined quickly and efficiently.
The machines and people can easily be switched to producing something else. It is also possible to machine small parts as well as very large parts.
TUC has an extensive stock of basic materials such as forgings, forged bar, seamless pipes etc. of many type and grades. For this reason TUC can offer relatively short delivery times, even on the 'exotics'.
