Company description
The Hulín forging shop was built and opened in 1955 as part of the ZPS Hulín national company. It was used for the production of individual forgings for engineering and military production. In 1969 it became part of the independent OS Hulín national company.
In 1992, a project for the privatisation of the forging shop was submitted by the TRIANGOLO company. The company started running the shop in 1994; it was fully privatised in 1996 and the forging shop became part of the TRIANGOLO company.
The forging shop currently has about 105 employees. It produces mainly individual forgings. There is a line for drop forgings weighing up to 25 kg and a new line for the production of rolled-out rings.
About 50% company production are exported. In 1998, the company was awarded the TÜV CERT quality certificate and the TÜV Management service for ISO 9002 certificate.
The basic group of company products are forgings for engineering and medium-sized bearing rings. Within this category, we are the largest producer in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
