Trakya Döküm, a SOYAK GROUP company, with its modern production facilities and experienced personnel is one of the leading cast iron manufacturers in Türkiye.

Total area is 200.000 m² and closed area is 30.000 m². Total number of employees is 450 and the number of engineers employed is 40.

Machined and rough high quality ductile, grey and malleable cast iron jobbing parts in the range of 50 gr.'s up to 20 kg's and components for; automotive, machinery, electrical, white-goods and construction industries, malleable fittings, special pipe jointing parts for gas, water and other applications have been produced since 1982.

The three main production lines with a total annual capacity of 30.000 tons are equipped with modern sophisticated technology machinery and equipment, enabling the company to produce a wide range of superior cast iron parts and components, for sale worldwide.

Products

The ductile cast iron foundry

Fully automatic synchronized production line equipped with Disamatic 2013 Mk 5A, with a cooling zone of 64 m. long; ABB presspour, Inductotherm medium frequency melting furnaces and vibro-conveyors with a race-track at the end of the line.

The grey cast iron foundry

An automatic synchronized production line equipped with Disamatic 2013 Mk4, with a cooling zone of 46 m. long Junker presspour and Inductotherm medium frequency melting furnaces.

The malleable cast iron and fittings production foundry

Equipped with Disamatic 2013 Mk4, with a cooling zone of 18 m. long, Junker presspour, and Junker mains frequency melting furnaces.
