Its backbone business activity is the production of balances and weighing equipment.
In the year 1993 the company enlarged its offer with the processing of metal sheet parts.
During Tonava restructing was in 2002 established sister company CalibraCZ.
It provides for Tonava weigh scales sales, research and development and service.
> We offer production of parts and units made of metal sheets. Preferred input materials are common steel sheets up to 8 mm thick, stainless sheets up to 4 mm thick and the alloys of aluminum up to 6 mm thick, whereas the size of the sheets should be up to 1250 x 2500 mm. Upon request, we can process any type of material provided it complies with our production machinery. The processing of such special materials is one of our common activities. Such materials are in our stock and their high purchased amounts allow us to offer favorable product prices.
> We use punching and nibbling technologies on CNC presses Trumatic TC 5000R. Once punched, the parts are deburred manually or mechanically. Bending is carried out on press brakes that run up to a length of 6 m and whose pressing force is 300 tons.
> We also offer pressing on eccentric and hydraulic presses, additional chip machining, shielded welding (MIG, TIG), plasma welding and condensate welding on of columns and nuts.
> More complex units are further finished in tinsmith workplaces and paint coats are applied in a lacquer shop for wet lacquering. Other technologies (such as laser cutting, powder lacquering, metal plating, etc.) are completed in a cooperative way.
> The processing of the technological preparation of products and the creation of necessary programs are a commonplace. Furthermore, we offer cooperation and consulting during the designing of parts with regard to their easy, economical manufacturing.
