As a Czech-Swiss company established in 1993, specializing in manufacturing of precision parts for the automobile industry, we would like to introduce our production facilities in the field of CNC turning, CNC milling, teeth milling and drilling.

Beginning with material (metallurgical semi-products, forgings, castings), heat treatment (hardening, annealing, cementing), cooperation machining (grinding etc.), and extending to surface finish (chromate, phosphate, nitridation, etc.) - are provided in cooperation with our reliable partners.

Products

The production program of the company SOHAG, a.s. integrates the production of precision machine parts made on CNC machines. Single-spindle CNC lathes and CNC milling machine form the main equipment of our company. The equipment comprises also drilling machines, saws and hobbing cutters.

In view of the technological equipment it is optimal to produce small or medium lots, i.e. approximately 500 to 30,000 pieces per year.

We have wealth of experience in machining forged pieces. Thus flanged parts represent the typical representative of our production. Naturally we are able shape also shafting, up to the length 1500 mm.

Less of parts are made out of metallurgical semi-products (drawn, rolled bar – diameter 40 mm and more; thick-walled rolled seamless tube).

Most of the sections are produced of forged pieces, which are heat-treated on strength of 800 to 1000 Mpa. Special parts are machined at hardness of 55 to 58 HRC. Surface roughness of turning operation of these parts reaches Rz 2.
