The technological and production centre focuses mostly on the technology of economical co-operative production of parts and simple assemblies.
Within a range of its ready capacities, it offers economical production of technologically related parts and components especially those produced by means of chip machining and other supplementary technologies.
They are especially generally used parts, such as shafts, flanges, pegs, boards, cabinets, connective parts etc., and their assembly into sectional units. In some cases, it also covers the assembly of complete machines including their control systems, hydraulics and others.
TVC offers its customers its production capacities and other services in any form that is common in current commercial relationship and that is in compliance with the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic. In dependence on the nature of business, a contract can be concluded either individually for each item or, with a prospect of lasting co-operation, in a form of general long-term contract (e.g. yearlong orders with quantified volume). In such case, the actual customer requirements are to be specified within a range of the arranged production volume during a contracted period.
TVC offers fabrication according to the customer’s requirements. This includes a delivery of ready parts including provision of material, production of parts using customer’s material or just provision of individual operations. Technological Department of TVC evaluates each customer’s request so that the most economical and the most effective production method can be found.
