Company description
PSP Foundry was built up in 1958 within the framework of at that time Prerov machine works.
PSP Foundry produces castings for cement-, ceramic- and brick factories, crushing plants, building-, power engineering- and chemical industry as well as for agriculture and automobile industry.
Technological outfit of the foundry enables production of first rate castings working in many cases under extreme conditions of impact stress, wear by abrasive materials and under high temperatures.
There are casted here materials of following groups:
- carbon steels with content of C to 0,6%
- low and middle alloyed steels, alloyed by Mn, Cr, V, Mo
- high alloyed wear-resisting steels with content of Mn up to 20%, C to 1,5%, Cr to 1,8%
- high alloyed wear-resisting Cr-ledeburit steels with content Cr up to 14%, C up to 1,8%
- high alloyed ferritic- and ferritic-carbidic steels with content of Cr up to 30%, C up to 1,8%
- high alloyed austenitic- and ferritic-austenitic heat resisting steels with content of Cr, Ni up to 45%
- low alloyed wear-resisting Cr-white cast irons with C content ca 2%
- high alloyed wear-resisting Cr- and Cr-Mo cast irons with Cr up to 28%, C up to 3%
