PREC-CAST Foundry Ltd.
Producer and aftermachiner of high pressure die castings made of aluminium and zinc alloys for the automotive and electro industry.
Since it's foundation in 1989 at the North-East coast of Hungary, PREC-CAST developed itself into an internationally admitted and competitive die casting foundry giving work to almost 760 employees. We are producing more than 750 different types of parts. Our company offers possibilities for customers of bulk and smaller batch sizes.
By now PREC-CAST Ltd. has gained a good reputation as a high-pressure die casting supplier. Castings are made with the latest technology for the European, North American and Asian markets. Different designing systems - AutoCad, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics - assure our customers of close co-operation already in the development period.
The independent high-class quality control, the highly productive designing attached with the tooling workshop as well as the up-to-date administration where German and English languages are as natural as Hungarian, helps us to remain competitive at the international market.
Our products can be made fully automatic by the latest casting technology. We can offer well-planned deadlines and high-level process safety by the automatic casting machines equipped with robots and with special burring machines. As complex supplier we are in a possession of a high-level technological "know-how" on the fields of surface machining, cutting and burring (with precision cutting surface).
