About us

Company description

Prague Casting Services, a.s. is a manufacturer of Investment Castings for complex engeneering applications (otherwise known as the ‘Lost Wax’ method of casting). We offer precision casting of products from a broad spectrum of materials; ranging from corrosion and heat-resistant Carbon Steels to Nickel and Cobalt based Super-Alloys. We are capable of any size within the range of 0.004 to 30 kgs (0.0088 to 66lbs). In the foundry we can perform the metal pouring in air or within one of our vacuum furnaces. We already supply castings for use in the following industries: Aerospace (blades, vanes and structural parts),

IGT (blades, nozle segments, full ring nozzles), Nuclear Power (fuel nozzles), Medical (body implants) and the Automotive Industry. Our knowledge and experience allows us to produce these parts to the exacting quality standards required by our Customers; such as Westinghouse, Kawasaki, Snecma, Turbomeca or Samsung.
