DOMET - during its 20-years existence has developed from a small craftsman’s firm into a modern production works that in its manufacturing process is using and applying the most up-to-date technology. The satisfaction of our customers, quality, mobility and innovations, as well as competitiveness of our prices resulting from connecting our own manufacture of casting alloys and subsequent realising casting - that were and are factors which contributed to our strong position and ranking on the market.

We are helping in fulfilling your individual wishes by making use of our experience and the know-how of out team. We are approaching to each project on individual basis. And to each project is personally ascribed our man who is responsible for upholding contact with the given customer, and who is supervising your project from the start till the final product.

The manufacture of aluminium alloys has greatly enabled to lower our production costs, because to our production processes we are adding liquid casting alloys in full accordance with all technical standards.

Also, we are taking care of the quality of our products, and which quality requirement is guaranteed by the Quality Certificates ISO 9001 – 2000 as far as the chemical constitution, metallurgical purity, tightness and dimensions are concerned.

In assuring this type of production possibilities we are co-operating at home throughout the whole of Europe with following industrial branches:

- shipbuilding

- household ware (AGD)
- car making
- and many, many others.

We assure a complex service from the project till the moment of handing over finished elements to the customer.

We are permanently developing our factory. Apart from pressure casting and chill casting we are also manufacturing aluminium alloys, and are exporting them to many European countries. Our development trend is also being enhanced by factory which we have built in Ukraine, and which factory became a supplement to our overall production capacity.

OUR SERVICES

1. Castings realised by pressure technology on cold-chamber machines with density force from 250 tons up to 1 100 tons (Buhler and Wotan machines) and an area of casting profile up to 1 500 cm2 .

2. Casting made in the chill casting technology (gravitationally) with dimensions being 600 x 600 x 600 and casting mass up to 500 kg Al.

3. Aluminium alloy casting with a chemical constitution according to all known technical standards.

4. Aluminium for deoxidation of steel in the forms of pig sows, cones, pyramids and granules (pellets).

Also, within the framework of a co-operation we are designing and manufacturing casting moulds. And also, we are making casting from consigned material, as well as we are engaged in repairs and regeneration of moulds.

To our customers we are delivering our casting in raw state, cleaned, processed, powdered painted, or according to any instructions (as for instance with galvanised coating).

We guarantee that processing will be executed by means of the following machines:
- trimming machine TRIM 20 TS
- trimming machine REIS 20
- machine for the surface vibrating –abrasive processing of the NICEM firm used for etching, grinding and polishing of casting
- band grinding machines from the LOESER firm
- two-shield polishing machines for polishing castings with polishing shields with a maximum diameter ø 600
