Established in 1991 by its manager, Mr. Emil Rusu, S.C. POLI-RES S.R.L. has been collaborating with companies from Germany, Holland, Belgium, Italy and Yugoslavia.

POLI-RES S.R.L. is specialized in the producing and exportation of welded/ cast/ forged subassemblies with or without mechanical machining, prototypes, machine tools and automotive components following the client’s projects and documentation.

We are the representatives of an Austrian company for selling stone crushers of different sizes. At present we also produce some of the types.

Special production facilities

• Our technological capabilities allow us to develop a wide range of products of various difficulty grade, dimension and weight such as :
  • Cast or welded iron housings of great rigidity, speed reducers and speed multipiers up to 45,000 kg;
  • Spindle boxes and movable puppets for machine tools up to 20,000 kg with components;
  • Repairs for existing gearboxes and housings;
  • Cylindrical gearboxes; bevel and bevel-helical gearboxes; worm gearboxes;
  • Helical gears, bevel gears, bevel pinions, worm gears M 0,8 – M 24, max. outer diameter of 2,200 mm, casehardened and ground;
  • Milling rolls for the metallurgic industry of different weights;
  • Travelling cranes and charging gantry cranes for naval industry;
  • Drive heads for axial load up to 9 tons, able to operate in the oil extraction industry, in wells down to 2,000 m depth etc.
  
  Raw material of different quality can be either supplied by the client or can be of Romanian origin.
