OPAKOMET, a company based in Cracow, was founded in 1929. We have an over 70 years-long tradition related to the metal industry and packaging.

The effects of our operations were confirmed by the very fact that in 1998 our company received an ISO 9001 Certificate which was awarded to it by DQS and PCBC Certification Institutions.
We see to it that our clients are satisfied and the awards we have won prove that. They include: Reliable Partner Award won in 1998, Malopolska Quality Award won in 2000 and European Medal won in 2001
for our aluminium tubes.
OPAKOMET produces products for home and foreign markets. We export our products to different countries France, Germany, Ukraine, Lithuania and Byelorussia.

In our plant located in Cracow we produce specialised tools and devices for metal plastic forming, moulds for plastics and pressure moulds for metals, specialised tools for beverage can production, tools
for machining. We regenerate all these types of tools. We also produce wide range of plastic products; injection & blow moulding parts . Our tool shop is provided with modern CNC machine tools operated
by highly qualified operators which assures high quality of our products. We are able to produce moulding tools with dimensions up to: 1200 x 800 mm and maximum weight 5000 kg.
We have our own design office where technical documentation is prepared and 2D and 3D models
are built using AutoCAD and CADDS software. Our experienced engineers advise and provide optimal structural solutions for designed products.
Our Quality Control Department is provided with high quality measurement equipment including a Mitutoyo measuring machine which controls product dimensions in three axes and allows to scan its surface.
In our Lowicz plant we produce high quality aluminium tubes and plastic caps, hoods, covers and applicators. Our clients include renowned Polish and foreign producers of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foods and chemicals, etc.
