As managing director of PATENT Kft (Ltd) I wish to introduce our Company, which has been successfully producing stainless steel products for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries for 13 years.
Our Company has been producing storage and technology tanks in the mentioned industries for 10 years. Six years ago the management decided to create the possibilities for higher level production of tanks and start this work subject to licences. We have had the concept, that quality can be and is worth to be created only by continuous development, so we had a bold dream in this connection. The old dream of development was the picture of a work hall with crane bridge .This dream came true, since our investment was realised in the summer of 2001.
Our investment has been necessary, since we have to meet overall and high level expectations from the market, which is also enforcing us to do so with respect to Hungary's accession to the European Union.
Following intensive marketing and market policy we succeeded to involve West-European multinational partners to be our customers. Our business connections help us to obtain information on the customers' demands and changes, so that we can prepare ourselves for the tendencies brought about by these changes. Owing to the investment finished last year, the technical contents of the tanks enlisted in the inquiries can be assured by the production technology of our Company without involvement of external enterprises.
The Company has always tried to form its business policy to make it able to completely and any time meet the market's quality requirements. Following steady development the possibilities of our Company have significantly increased. It can be registered as a further result, that our enterprise has been able to preserve, in fact to notably strengthen its market position . All this is assignable to the consciously created company strategy, the level of customer service and great flexibility.
In the year of investment our Company increased its incomes by more than 60 % . An important part of the increase was induced by the business connections with foreign partners, who integrate our tanks and installations in the technologies and products supplied by them.
Unconditionally meeting the expectations of the European Union is of perennial interest, as more than 60 % of our incomes is from member states of the EU. We managed to appear and grow stronger in this market by guaranteed quality and by meeting the often strained deadlines.
Serving our customers, coming up to their demands requires continuous work and great attention and does not allow the smallest mistake in this keen competition and for that very reason our Company adapts its business policy, the structure of the enterprise and the management to this situation of keen competition. We are confident, that our efforts bring the desired results and by the help of our increasing capacities and by meeting growing market demands we can provide our partners with reassuring background.
