Company description
The company ODLEWNIA ZELIWA RAWICA was established in 1989. From the moment of arising took a place dynamic development of the company. We inserted modern technologies and machines and devices, which guarantee producing better quality castings in respect of chemical composition, structure and surface.
At present the company employs 50 persons. The castings are produced on automatic forming line, based on the impulse foundry moulding machine HSP – 2 – one of the leading world company. It ensures us the possibility of keeping the high quality of our products all the time.
Our annual production is 2500 Tones of castings. There are mainly the castings of gray iron in class GG 20- GG 25 and the castings of aluminum. We have a modern laboratory, when is researched the chemical composition and mechanical properties of our castings. It enables us to fulfill the high quality demands of our customers. We specialize in production for motorization , machine, industry, railway, household articles industry. More than 80 % of our products, we export to UE countries, like: Germany, France, Denmark and also to Switzerland. Our recipients are also known companies in Poland, like : Fabryka Przyczep Niewiadów, ITM Poland , Fabryka Armatur JAFAR in Jaslo, Zaklady Narzedziowe in Mielec S.A., Huta Bedzin S.A., Zaklad Produkcyjno Handlowy Artykulów Gospodarstwa Domowego MESKO-AGD in Skarzysko Kam.
