Company description
ELZAMECH Foundry has produced castings since 1946. Initially, it was a division of iron foundry in Mechanical Plant ZAMECH. As a result of transformations since 1.10.1994 the company has been known as the Odlewnia ELZAMECH Sp. z o. o.
ELZAMECH as the only foundry in Poland has a long-time experience in complicated castings intended for wind energy sector (elements for wind power plants) as well as turbine castings production. This sort of products requires special certification of certifying organizations as Lloyd's Register.
We have also the longstanding experience concerning production of medium and heavy castings for gear transmissions, which are produced by the naval division.
As one of only few companies in Poland we deliver for many years large-size elements of chemical appliances for the chemical industry plants.
In order to meet market demand the company has developed and implemented the production technology of GGG 40.3 nodular cast iron, which is a special material with higher impact resistance up to - 30 C degrees and since 1997 we have supplied parts made of GGG 40.3 for the wind power plants
We export ca. 80% of our output to EU countries.
We produce in accordance with Quality Management System (certificate ISO 9001:2000) and Environmental Management System (certificate ISO 14001:1996).
