MORAVA-CHEM, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1992. Headquarters is in Ceský Tešín (Czech Republic), share capital reaches 88 mln. CZK (cca 2.298 ths. EUR).
We are part of the multinational holding PCC AG with its registered office in Duisburg (Federal Republic of Germany), which has a number of other subsidiaries and branch offices not only in Germany, but also in Finland, Poland, Russia, Romania, Latvia, the Ukraine, Belorussia and China. This constantly growing holding company has about 3.600 employees. The turnover of the PCC holding company reached 740 mln. EUR 2004.
MORAVA-CHEM, spol. s r. o. started and continues to perform its business activities in the field of chemicals, petrochemicals, coal, coke, the foundry industry and electric power, and is a long-term, reliable and superior business partner for a number of companies.
During its existence MORAVA-CHEM, spol. s r.o. has become a stable consolidated company whose turnover reached 59.9 mln. EUR in 2004.
Practical experience from trading, longstanding contacts with top Western European and Eastern European manufacturers and their exclusive representatives, as well as the presence of the holding company’s branch offices in particular countries represent unique know-how, which creates a necessary fundament and prerequisite for development of its activities. This may be the reason for the successful launch of its new project in the field of trading in electrical energy.
