MONTAN Plzen s.r.o. is engaged in export of castings, forgings, welded constructions and machined parts according to customers wishes to the whole Europe and other parts of the world.

Knowledge of metallurgical production, followed by a complete service to our customers, are the basic assets of our work.

To our customers abroad we can offer:
selection of optimal producer in the Czech Republic (Slovakia) for the given type of product, from the standpoint of quality, price, and terms of delivery
monitoring the production course directly on the producer´s site, inter-operational checks, take-overs, technical consultations and providing of all the production logistics
permanent contact with the customer, regular written information about the current state of the order
transport of the product to the customer, including customs clearance
we do business through our own name and take our own guarantee for quality and terms of delivery (we do not act as mediators)

We trade in castings, forgings and weldings in the following weight categories
Steel castings from 0,1 to 200 000 kg
Castings of grey cast iron from 0,1 to 60 000 kg
Castings of ductile iron from 0,1 to 90 000 kg
Castings of malleable cast iron from 0,05 to 5 kg
Smith forgings from 5,0 to 120 000 kg
Drop forgings from 0,05 to 300 kg
Welded Constructions from 50 to 36 000 kg
Cuttings from metal sheets to thickness 120 mm

The products are supplied to the customer heat treated, rough-machined, finally processed or provided with required surface treatment.

What offer we more?

The typical products are gear boxes, roll housings, presses and machine tools, gear rims, gear wheels, shafts, live rings and supporting rollers, flanges according to DIN and ASA, etc.

These components are supplied for cement works, rolling mill plants, pressing shops, forge plants, and for automotive and ship building industries. Our supplies of parts for scaffolding systems are directed to the building industry.
