CRANKSHAFT GRINDING
We have been grinding crankshafts for more than 70 years.
Our largest crankshaftgrinding-machines were build by the world-renowed manufacturer "Naxos Union". They are capable of handling workpieces with a length of over 9 metres and a weight of 25 tonnes.
Our clientele ranges from enginebuilders to engine-repaires. Our expertise enables us to repair many crankshafts that would previously have been rejected.
CYLINDRICAL GRINDING
An extensive range of machines is at our disposal for cylindrical grinding. State-of-the-art numerically controlled equipment enables us to produce individual workpieces as well as batchwork. In addition, we have the facilities to carry our both internal- and conical grinding work. Some examples of workpieces we machine include:

HARD CHROMIUM PLATING
Hard chromium plating (to restore rejected or worn parts to standard gauge), is a technique we use on a daily basis. Hard chromium plating offers many possibilities for use being extremely resistant to wear (hardness 900- 1150 Vickers) and corrosion. Some examples to which we apply hard chromium include:

The extensive experience and know-how available within our company, ensures succesful application of this difficult technique.
LINE BORING
Our line boring-equipment can handle engine-blocks of up to 4.5 metres long. We can also machine landings and foundation surfaces.
CYLINDERHEAD OVERHAUL
All cylinderhead makes and models can be overhauled at our workshop. Special equipment and a team of experts is at our disposal for this work.
TURNING MILLING BORING
The wide range and versatility of the equipment available in our workshop make it possible for us manufacture all types of machineparts. We also have the means to manufacture medium-sized and small batch work. We have the skill for performing such machining-operations as:

OVERHAUL OF PUMPS, COMPRESSORS AND MACHINERY PARTS
Practically all types of pumps, compressors and machineryparts can be repaired in our fittingdepartment supported by our mechanical machining-department. This includes the replacement of worn- or broken parts.
