CUTTING
The quality of the cutting process de-termines how precise the profiles or workpieces will be. This is why we put a special emphasis on this. Modern, CNC-controlled hydraulic guillotine shears enable cuttings up to 6,100 mm long and 10 mm thick. All pre-materials are being stored in a protected place inside our plant.
Transporting materials is done in a very »surface-friendly« way by using over-head cranes and vacuum lifting devices. A wide range of stock, even of extra long sheet metal sizes, ensures that we can react flexibly to deliver exactly on time.
PRESS BRAKING
Five CNC-controlled press brakes with various configurations for the solution of specific requirements are at your disposal.
The pressing powers of our machines reach from 800 kN to 10,000 kN, the press braking lengths from 3,000 mm to 10,000 mm.
Our experienced staff, a flexible setting-up of our machines and numerous special tools ensure that we can offer you ideal solutions to almost any given problem.
Modern work stations with simulation programmes enable us to assess press braking results and to continually optimize work processes during construction.
LASER CUTTING
We specialized in processing larger and thicker sheet metals, applying the same strict standards regarding dimensional accuracy and machinability as to smaller formats.
We therefore offer you numerous advantages of laser cutting, such as an extremely high quality of contours and of the outline figure for sheet metal sizes up to 3,000 in width and 12,000 mm in length.
Our machines powered by 3,500 W and 4,000 W can cut sheet metals made of steel up to 25 mm thick and sheet metals made of stainless oxide-free steel up to 20 mm thick. With regard to positional tolerance, we guarantee an exactitude of +/- 0.1 mm/m and a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm.
It goes without saying that we process all common sorts of steel, like stainless steels and aluminium alloys, but also creep-resistant steel, heat resistant and wear-resistant qualities as well as high-strength fine-grained steel and non-iron metals such als Inconel, Alloy, and special materials such as molybdenum.
We can process your data sent to us by e-mail or on a data carrier as dxf and dwg files or any other common format.

FINISHING WORK
Manufacturing complete parts – not a problem for us. We have been a certified welding specialist for many years and are entitled to the »Form of Verification« (DIN 18800/7).
We can weld steel, stainless steel and even aluminium alloys. Spacious production halls with overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons enable us to handle and process even very large components.
To offer you further processing, such as machining with chip removal and surface treatments like varnishing and galvanising, we co-operate with long standing partners.
We are happy to carry out packaging and transportation of parts according to your specifications.
