ABOUT US

The Kresz & Fiedler Ltd was established in 1990 as a Hungarian-German joint-venture. Our main activity is injection-moulding tool-making and assembling parts of the products.Our premises is located in Pécsvárad, a small city that provides us with good infrastructure and beautiful environment.
Our main aim is to manifacture and to inject good quality thermoplastic, it is supported by tool manifacturing which is our other main activity.We are engaged in tool manifacturing as an independent branch of industry.
Due to the accurate work and attention paid to the quality, the development of our company is continuous since its foundation. The number of the eployees has grown to ten times its original number. Currently 45 people are employed at the company. We gained a lot of expeirience and the company's assets increased significantly. From 1999 our technological development and the enlargement of our company is continuing. The present size of our premises is 1300 sqm.
Our company was awarded the South Danubian Quality Award for small and micro sized industrial categories, showing our constant demand for improvement and development.

PLASTIC PROCESSING
In the plastic department we use thermoplastics for injection moulding. The main part of them are industrial plastics. The customers use our products in the instrument manufacturing and vehicle industry and in the production of diagnostic units.
We can cope with small scale high-quality production and large scale production of high-quality products at the same time, and we are able to fulfil specific and complex customer requirements. In our assembly workshop we are heading towards more and more sophisticated products. We can produce parts up to 546 gram. We can fulfil specific industrial requirements, and we are ready for implementation of the new injection-molding technologies.

TOOL MANUFACTURING
The tool making plant is engaged in the manufacturing of plastic injection moulds, but we undertake to manufacture pressure and vacuum moulding tools as well as deep-drawing tools in small series.
We implemented the new CAD/CAM technologies in tool making, which supports the design and machining by computer and allows to machinary form of the surfaces precisely and repeatedly. Due to the improvements we can do HSC milling, that allows to machine the hardened tools and inserts by milling in an economic way.
