MACHINE MANUFACTURE
Today manufacturing programme involves shaping machines for nail manufacture and other products made from wires included wide accessories. We use automatic machine series TPX for producing parts from wrapper and from wire.

In sortiment of motor-car repair shop machinery we can name grinding machines for shaping brake drums, for brake lining trueing lathe unit and brake disks, brake shoe cleaning grinders etc.

Within technical and manufacture possibilities of both plants we are able to provide a lot of one purpose made equipment and machines, which are usually produced according to customer need.

The next group of product is formed by special machine orders based on mutual contracts with specific customer. Our machines are working not only in east and west Europe but also in Africa, America and Asia.

Very important role in machine sale support plays presentation on fairs and exhibitions. We usually have our own exposition on fairs as well as we co-operate with our business partners and representatives. For example we can instance the EURO­Blech Hannover, WIRE Düsseldorf, MSV Brno, Autotec Brno, Equipauto Paríž, Automechanika Frankfurt, Metalform Chicago, Interwire Atlanta, MV Káhira, MTP Poznan, etc.

TOOL AND MOULD MANUFACTURE
Traditional manufacture with exacting technological base – dredging electro-erosive machines, wire cutters, CNC milling machines etc. inclusive the system of construction – manufacturing of CADCAM. Above all thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic injection dies, metal diecasting dies and metallic moulds, moulded rubber press and diecasting dies, cutting and bending dies for shaping automatic machines.

Dies are produced especially for electrotechnique, car and consumption industry. We emphasize mainly a quality and terms of supplies. Dies are distributed not only to customers from Czech Republic but also to SRN, Switzerland, France and lot of other countries.
