The KOVO-PLAZMA s.r.o. company offers high quality metal processing works for a very reasonable prices thanks to its manufacturing equipment.
We carry out cutting of material, forming, drilling and welding (assembling of weldments) in our own capacity, so we deal with technological materials processing from cutting of starting material to the final version of the end product event. semi-finished product.
By request we supply additional works as surface finishing (painting, metal coating), chip processing, etc., in co-operation with other suppliers.
For our customers we are able to provide both partial co-operative works in mentioned professions, and delivery product assembly, event. a part of it.
LASER CUTTING
We provide the cutting of material with laser cutting machine TRUMPF Trumatic 3030 TLF 1800W. The advantage of laser cutting is its power to cut different materials as carbon steel, low-alloy and high-alloy steel, brass, wood, fabric etc.
The high productivity, precision and quality of a cut is a matter-of course. There is no need of additional treatment as the edges deburring etc.
CNC FORMING
For extra precise production we have at the disposal CNC folding brake TRUMPF Trumabend V130, with many additional tools for sensorial control of bending, which helps us to guarantee the top quality realization of our customer's requirements.
OTHER SERVICES
There is possibility (on customer's request) to process material additionally, while there are available:
welding work-places for MIG/MAG, ROE methods
metalwork work-places, drilling machines, nut tappers
others in co-operation...
