Company description
The production range of the company Kepák, spol. s r. o. includes mainly production and erection of steel structures. The supplier programme of the Company applies up-to-date foreign technologies and licences and is focused on achieving high quality of supplies, erection and services. Production flexibility and a broad product range serve for satisfaction of any needs of the customer. The credo of our employees is flexibility, starting with offer processing and projection up to the delivery and erection of supplied steel structures. We are able to satisfy the customer from the production capacity view point as well as from the quality view point.
The production subject are not only standard steel structures for civil and industrial constructions, but also for bridges including railway bridges, technological structures, containers, silos, piping bridges, furnaces, cableways, but also small locksmith products (railings, frames, staircases etc.). We co-operate with several design offices in order to be able to offer deliveries from the starting specification up to final assembly, including complete surface treatment. Our company aims not only to the domestic market, but we have been successfully exporting mainly to Austria and the BRD for several years already.
Our company produces in its premises in Zbýšov u Brna about 400 to 500 metric tons of steel structures monthly in dependence on the structure type. About 130 production workers are employed in our plant. We also have another about 60 erection workers and the necessary erection mechanisms.
The management of the Company Kepák, spol. s r. o. stresses mainly system management a quality assurance. Our company is the holder of the ISO 9001 Certificate and Big Capability Certificate with an extension to the authorisation to produce and erect railway bridges. We also have the Big Welding Certificate issued by SLV Berlin, BRD.
