Let me welcome you on the websites of KASPER KOVO s.r.o., a company successfuly focusing on production of subcontracted components as well as finished products from metal sheet for a wide range of both foreign and domestic producers of air filtering apparatuses, air conditioners, textile machinery, cars etc. (see references).

This presentation is intended to provide basic information about the company, especially the technical equipment and scope of production. Products

Starting with the receipt of an order and finishing with the delivery of a product to a customer, the whole production process is administered and registered by Altec 2.0 information system, which has replaced the previously used DIALOG+. This company system was launched at the beginning of 2003. Thanks to this system a high level of flexibility of all company divisions has been secured which also diminishes the possibility of a human operator failure to a certain extent.

In order to achieve the highest possible quality and effectiveness of all procedures, the plant was restructured and granted EN ISO 9001:2001 certificate in February 2003, evidencing that it complies with standards of quality management. However, KASPER KOVO s.r.o. already obtained its first ISO certificate in December 1999. As a result, a quality check of all delivered materials as well as the services of suppliers has had to be made, which has a positive impact from the initial stages of the whole production process.

Throughout all management and production activities the demands and expectations of our customers are emphasized as the most important priority, especially as regards delivery deadlines and quality. All workers and quality checkers use modern measuring instruments to achieve a consistent check of all production procedures. As a rule, the finished pieces undergo a full performance test before being dispatched to the customer.

KASPER KOVO s.r.o. fully specializes in metal sheet processing, for which the plant is adequately equipped with the most up-to-date relevant technologies.

To maintain our position at the top of the technological development, the machinery is continuously updated and our workers trained to be able to use all the productive instruments optimally to the benefit of the customer.
