Shandong Banghe Group is a manufacturer and exporter with one exporting company and seven subsidiary factories in China. Our main business are the producing and machining of kinds of castings and the mechanical and electrical products such as the Aluminum die casting, stainless steel casting, grey iron and ductile iron castings for civil and industrial use.
Motorcycles and general machine such as lawn mower are also our specialized products. The above mentioned products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, Korea etc. Our#1 goal is to exceed our customers' expectations of high quality products and competitive pricing.
In the field of aluminium casting our factory is equipped with modern production facilities and inspection instruments. We own 6 pcs of “UBE” die casting machines and 1 pc of “ISUZU” Low pressure die casting machine imported from Japan and one set of turn table gravity casting machine. We use precoated sand casting in the iron casting and lost-wax process for stainless steel casting.
Regarding our machining equipment, we have American "Bridgeport" vertical machining center, Japanese “Toyoda” HorizontalMachiningCenter and CNC machines. We also own a Coordinate Boring Machine
In the Inspection equipment, we own the “Baird” brand spectrocomparator, imported from the U.S.A. and “IMS” three dimensional measuring machine imported from the UK etc., by which we can assure the exactitude of the material and meet the strict precision requirement of the products
Our monthly production capacity in the main products: 60 tons of stainless steel casting, 800 tons of aluminum casting, 300 tons of gray iron and ductile iron casting, 1000 pcs of motorcycle and scooters( 60% EEC approved) and 30,000 pcs of lawn mower.
