The fundamentals of our manufacturing were to set up at the research laboratory of Belarus State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics about 25 years ago. Highly educated staff in vacuum equipment, thin film technology, surface physics, plasma and ion beam physics was formed to establish the Company.
The key business segments of our company include manufacturing of unique vacuum coating equipment, ion-beam sources, developing sputtering technology and corresponding software.
