FORMA SA Botosani, ROMANIA - a company owned by IVAR PRO GROUP - was founded in 1948 as a state owned company, as a workshop for tractors', engines', and agricultural machinery's repairs. In time, the company developed continuously its offer, increased the gross output and the employees' number.
The main activity with the repairs of agricultural machinery was replaced, step by step, with the production of the agricultural and zootechnical equipment and its spare parts.

Between 1974 and 1977 was built the forge and the toolshop, and for the first time in Romania it were produced equipment like fooder distribution machine, fertilizer distribution machine, cultivators, harrows with oscillatory teeth, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic presses.

In 1999, FORMA SA Botosani ROMANIA became a private owned company.

At this time, the main field of company's activity is projection, manufacturing and distribution of over 65 models of agricultural machinery, spare parts for tractors, agricultural machinery and cars (over 300 types), different cardan transmissions and free or molded forged parts, all the production capacities of the company being located on 46.000 m2 area.

- consumer goods, office furniture;
- components for industrial products (stampings, turning processed and plastic injected items, iron and aluminium castings, metal fabrications, car seat belt components, truck and tractor seats, rims, compressors, flexible tubes, motor vehicle body components);
- irrigation equipment and components.
2. S.C. FABRICA DE SCULE RASNOV S.A. manufactures:
- cutting tools for wood and metal;
- complex shape pieces;
- dies, punches and related components.
3. S.C. OMNITEC S.A. manufactures:
- spare parts for Dacia cars and U650 tractors.
4. S.C. FORMA S.A. manufactures:
- spare parts for U450, U650 and S1500 tractors;
- 15 HP tractors with small capacity fuel tanks;
- agricultural machinery and related spare parts.

There are manufactured 23 types of seats for lorries, tractors and agricultural machines, as well as automotive air receivers for road vehicles, truck bunks and other metalic parts for lorries and tractors using computer controlled bending machines for pipes.

There are manufactured with our die or with the beneficiary's die.


Cast-iron parts
The foundry is composed by two different workshops for cast-iron and for non-ferrous parts respectively. The cast iron is made into induction furnace and casting into Bakelite shells or sand casting being one of the following types: gray cast iron, allied cast iron (ferromanganese, ferosilicon, phosphorated) or nodular cast iron.
Here are some examples for cast iron products: crank axles for DACIA cars, cylinder liners for cars, trucks and tractors, cam axis, tipplers, segments and other parts at client order.


The aluminium is casting in one of these systems: pressure casting, casting in chills and sand casting. Here are some products: parts for energetic industry, parts for chemical industry, pistons for cars and trucks, other parts at client order.

Household goods
There are produced over 250 types of products for internal and external market. The products are made from steel wire, sheet , and strip and are adequate covered to be used with food and in other purposes. The electrochemical protection covering is one of these types: zinc, nickel , cadmium or hot tin plating, plastic and epoxide covering.
