Mechanical production / block production synopsis
Hydraulik Schwerin Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co.KG has increasingly upgraded block production, originally designed for the construction of aggregates, in the last few years and now also offers its customers bare control blocks according to their own construction or production according to customer design.
Control blocks made from steel (Hyt 60) and GGG40 (in exceptional cases also aluminium) can be supplied.
We supply blocks equipped and checked or bare, depending on customer preference.
Preservation is carried out using preservation oil, paint or yellow chrome, depending on customer preference.
The blocks to be produced can have an edge length of up to 1000 mm (in exceptional cases of 1500 mm) as well as a mass of up to 6 tons. Fits of up to quality 6 are achieved (in exceptional cases quality 5). Surface qualities at Rm 4 are obtained without difficulty.
Technological specialities include single-lip deep hole drilling on a BAZ, finish rolling, as well as fine milling.
To prepare for production, a modern computer system is available for construction and work preparation. The blocks are designed using Auto-CAD and measured using the Hydro-Kokon program system.
During work preparation the NCD program system is employed.
