With complete management system, advanced equipment, state-level technical center and over 20 finished-products and fitting facilities , we develop over 200 new products annually on average. In order to accelerate the development, We have introduced some advanced equipment, such as HBP120 and HBP160 automatic production line, high-speed cutting machine with capacity of 100 tons and ?300 grinding machine used in forging and material fling procedure; casting furnace, rolling rod furnace, rotary hearth furnace and compression mould equipment quenching line in thermal treatment procedure; advanced numerical control equipment and automatic assembling and cleaning line in lathe, grinding and assembling procedure.
We developed a kind of new quasi-high speed railway bearing and then become the fixed suppliers for railway department. Now we are engaged in developing railway bearing with the speed up to 160-200 km and over 200km. With over 2000 specification of aerospace bearing, we supplied dozens of matched bearing for manned spaceship V, VI and carrier rocket “March II F? and won praise form concerned department. Our YRT series of precision numerical control mill shaft filled in a gap in China.
