Gröditzer Werkzeugstahl Burg GmbH is a service centre for tool and mould construction with its own warehouse and mechanical machining. High-quality tool steel is produced and tested exclusively for the service centre at Schmiedewerke Gröditz GmbH. Gröditzer Werkzeugstahl Burg GmbH and Schmiedewerke Gröditz GmbH are subsidiaries of the Georgsmarienhütte group of companies—GMH.

Products are supplied from our tool steel service centre in Burg:

- Max. dimensions of 1,660 x 1,560 x 6,000 mm (max. 35 tonnes)

- Cuttings sawn to customer specifications

- Combined tool steel made of forged bar steel and rolled plates—with transport thread on request

- Plastic mould steel, hot-work steel, cold-work steel, die steel, in ESU quality on request

- Machining to customer drawings (sawing, milling, boring, 3-D milling) CAD/CAM: DWG, IGES, VDA, DXF, CATIA, Parasolid and STL file formats can be scanned
