History
Tradition of this company begins in the year 1868 as its foregoer Mr. Julius Kremer started manufacturing metal goods, predominantly cages for exotic birds. Presently its main manufacturing assortment consists in customized production of wire products.

CAD technology tools help us with production set-up. In manufacturing processes we put stress on modern technologies for wire processing.

Quality
Continuous quality control is a basic condition for the final product quality. Every product goes through predetermined checking points, from material purchase through particular manufacturing operations to shipping section. The whole company complies with ISO 9002-2001.

Material
Main input material for our production is steel wire (DIN EN 10016-2). This wire is supplied by reputable manufacturers with ISO 9000 certification. Hereby its quality and applicability for further processing is guaranteed.

Wire straightening and cutting
Wire straightening and cutting is one of the first manufacturing operations. Our company disposes of three straightening and cutting machines for wires Ø 1,8 mm to 6 mm. Maximum length of wires after straightening is 2000 mm in dependence on wire diameter.

Wire bending
Wire bending is usually the next operation for most products. Our company solves it in two following ways. Our CNC wire bending machine forms bending in 3D format, i.e. in all directions of wires Ø 2 mm to 6 mm. The bending operation is usually connected with straightening and cutting.
A further possibility is wire bending in fixtures as required.
A way of bending technology depends on the given solution.

Welding — resistance spot-welding, flash butt welding
The resistance welding is the most typical operation in the whole manufacturing process. The "spot" welding is a process at which two or more crossed wires are to be connected. The "butt" welding is a process at which two wire ends are to be connected. It is usually used for frame closing.

Final operations
Following operations are called "final" since they are used for final appearance of the given product. It is trimming to remove excessive parts and ends of wires, profiling and bending of welded pieces to its final appearance according to the given requirements.
The final product is then shipped to a customer or, first, to surface finish treatment at a cooperation firm.
