Company description
Company ELMET Ltd., Prelouc, was established in 1991 from a team of developers, designers and constructors working on branch of electronics. The company continues in long-term tradition (since 1923) in the branch of electronic industry in our town, in the past respresented by the enterprise TESLA Prelouc. As to development and production, our company is oriented to special low series orders, eventually to small-lot production of our own products or to orders according to customers requirements. Our annual sales: 70 mil. CZK in the last year. We export 70 % of our products (e.g. to A, D, NL, SK, …)
The individuality of our company is based on wide knowledge of our professionals and specialists in several production branches:
electronics - 40 % participation on the whole production. The main products are video projection technics, power amplifiers and amplifiers for mobile use.
metal parts production - in addition to the production of mechanical components for own consumption the production is intent on precise mechanics and processing of metal sheets on CNC forming machines - laser cutting, punching, lathing and bending
medical technics - contain 10 % in our company and are engaged the branch of high-frequency lungs ventilation, represented by PARAVENT
services - rental of our products - video walls, projection TV, video projectors.
No less important section in the system of behaviour of our company is own development, which mainly our workers share in and which is also secured by external specialists working on contract basis.
Continuous expansion of our company and further strategic targets of our progress pose greater requirements on labor organization inside the company and on capability of compatibility of our quality system with our suppliers and customers for ever. Like a model for building-up of quality system our company has undertaken the norm EN ISO 9001:2000 - Systems of quality, Quality assurance on design, development, production, installation and service.
