Co-workers and Customers - Eckerle Guidelines
Co-worker
1. Not manpower but personality
2. Not employee but owner of his/her human capital
3. Not heeler but intrapreneur
4. Not cost generator but profit producer
Possible solutions
1. To release co-workers without motivation potential
2. To qualify co-workers with motivation potential
3. To commit the qualified co-workers
This requires: Managing in an efficiency-oriented way to impart efficiency enjoyment .
We can accomplish more when we are forced to than we thought we could as long as
we were not forced to.
Customer
1. It is better to have a loyal customer than a quick buyer.
2. In order to turn a quick buyer into a loyal customer do not sell him products and do not render services.
3. Help the customer with your products and services to solve his problems.
4. In order to help solving the customer's problems do not fulfil any customer inquiry.
Use your professional and human competence to form them critically but with sensitivity.
It is impossible to prevent the success of somebody who can solve the customer's core
problems better than others.
