Company description
In the beginning of the last century the tradition came into being, which is underway until today. Mr. Vilem Dolezal established his locksmith’s trade in 1900 and under later cooperation with Mr. Vaclav Tehnik the public trade company DOLEZAL-TEHNIK locksmithery Prostejov with seat at Kostelecká street came into being in 1st January1907. In 1912 the developing company met then criteria for company registration and modified its name onto DOLEZAL-TEHNIK, Iron Commodity Works Prostejov..
The company increased in the course of time and another business partners were adopted. As a private company it was nationalized in 1948 and amalgamated with the national stablishment Banska a hutni spolecnost in Prague.
The company new era development begins in 1992, when the company Zelezarny D+T, spol. s r.o. was established. Its inception was a foundation to follow the goodwill of the former well known company.
The company changed its name into DT vyhybkarna a mostarna spol. s r.o. (Pointworks and Bridgeworks), which means a declaration of the branch of its activity. In 1998 the company was restructured and the four plants as a non-legal subjects were established. Those are Pointworks, Bridgeworks, Energy- Machinery Plant and Plant Installation and Erection.
Since 1.1.2004 the company modified its legal form and it was registered at District Court in Brno as a DT vyhybkarna a mostarna a.s. (a joint stock company). In the same time the Plant of Installation and Erection was closed down and its performance was integrated into activity of plant Pointworks and Bridgeworks. The plants have responsibility to develop their segment of the market and they provide activity in business, manufacture and economy within these domestic and foreign market segments.
