Changlong Foundry Company Limited located in Hebei Prov,P.R.China. is a special works in specializing in ductile iron(DI) casting and precision steel(PS) casting. Its fixed assets is 50 million Chinese RMB Yuan. it covers 4 ha area. She has 280 staffs and workers including 20 engineers and experts.
The producing of DI casting used the sand casting process.She has one set of ring molding line, 24 sets of molding machine,8 sets of core auto-shooter machines,6 sets of electric furnace(0.5mt)
and 2 sets of cupola(5mt) for duplexing smelting etc facilities,We can supply many kinds of high quality DI castings.The annual out-put of casting is 15000 mt.
The producing of PS castings used the lost-wax casting process,The workshop is equipped with mixing-wax machine,auto injection-wax machine,intermediate-frequency electric induction furnace,roaster etc advanced producing equipment.We could produce many kinds of high-quality PS casting,the annual out-put is 1000 mt. we have equipped with more than 200 sets of modern foundry facilities including a series of cleanning,heat treatmet and machining equipments.We have central lab with advanced analysis and testing equipments and instruments such as 1 set of 600KN muti-functional material testing machine, 1 set of hardness tester and 2 sets of speedy analyzer tester in front of electric furance. The products are exported to England,Germany,Japan,America,Spain etc countries.
We could supply many kinds of pipefitting as tee,bend,flange and automotor part,machine parts in many specification of DI. we can also supply ADI castings in high specification such as
A-BQT900-7,A-BQT1000-5,A-BQT1200-4 and casting service of carbon steel and alloy steel.the products could meet the standard of ISO,ASTM,JIS,EN.DIN,BS,NF etc.In August 2000,we gained the certificate of ISO 9001:2000,Which assurances the quality of castings.
